Do some Easy Vegan Baking this Veganuary

Last year’s Gift of the Year, The Bottled Baking Co., has launched two new recipes, one of which is vegan in time for Veganuary this month.

Founder of The Bottled Baking Co., Greg Fraser, decided to create the vegan ‘Scrummy Double Choc Cookie Mix’ after noticing a real demand from customers for more vegan recipes.

Alongside this new vegan recipe, the team have also launched the Divine White Chocolate & Honeycomb Blondie Mix, after realising that a blondie had not yet been created within their array of delicious recipes.

If you’ve not come across The Bottled Baking Co. before, they essentially provide all of the dry ingredients to make delicious sweet treats - all of which come in a 100% reusable glass bottle. For every bottle the team uses for one of their recipes, The Bottled Baking Co. also plant a tree in return.

Greg Fraser, Founder of Bottled Baking Co. commented the following on the new releases:

“I’m really excited to launch these two new recipes, especially with one being vegan. The demand for foods suitable for vegans has grown dramatically in the last couple of years, so we’re hoping to see huge interest in our double choc cookie mix as well as the white chocolate and honeycomb blondie recipe.

“Hopefully our bottles will make the month a little easier for those giving Veganuary a go for the first time. After all, a vegan diet doesn’t mean you have to miss out on those sweet treats!”

To purchase the two new bottles, you can head to the following links below, or visit John Lewis, Selfridges, Fenwick or find The Bottled Baking Co. in hundreds of farm shops and deli’s across the country.
